  • When will I receive my invoice?

    Within one hour of registering your order with our carrier, you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

    Check your spam folder to be sure. If you cannot find the invoice here either, please contact our customer service

  • By what deadline do I have to pay if I have ordered on account?

    If you order on account, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date*.

  • What is the price handling on the website?

    All prices shown on our website are by default excluding VAT and transport costs. Price changes reserved.

    We calculate the standard price excluding transport costs, because there is also the possibility of collecting your products yourself at Kruizinga in Wapenveld. If you opt for transport, the transport costs will be added to the product costs later, as these may depend on the number of products you wish to order. When ordering more products, a transport advantage applies. 


    At the bottom of the product page, after making your choice in numbers and transport method, the price per piece including VAT and any transport costs are shown. 

  • Can I order on account?

    Yes, it is possible to order on account. 

    In addition to our online payment options via Mollie (our payment provider, which offers Klarna After pay and Pay in 3 installments, among others), we also offer the option for companies to order on account. When choosing this payment method, a financial check will be carried out to assess your company's creditworthiness.

  • How does the VAT refund work for international customers?

    Entering a VAT number (at the delivery address) is important here. 

    If we have a VAT number of our (foreign) customer, we can invoice without VAT. If this is not filled in, we are obliged to invoice with VAT.
